  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

8. International Shipping (Optional – remove if not applicable)

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
